Another week gone!

Hey everyone,
So this week seemed to go by really fast! I finally got my ipad, which is so much nicer than carrying around my journal, notepad, pass along cards and Scriptures! N is doing well in Japan, but we were not able to phone her on the day that we were supposed to because she was at work. We had a wonderful miracle this week though! It started with a former less-active that Sister O had taught. he asked us to call his friend because his friend is interested in the church, and so we did. The friend, P, is a single father of three and is so excited to be learning about the gospel that he also recommended his cousin, D, to talk with us...Well, to get to the point, now we have five new adult and six kids investigating the church! they all live in the same apartment building, so they speak to each other about it a lot! I am so happy for them! It is amazing to see the difference that the book of Mormon brings into people's lives! When people start to really understand that the book of Mormon brings them closer to Christ, and that they can receive personal revelation themselves, they really get excited and their whole lives start to change for the better. I have started re-reading the Book of Mormon and highlighting every single time the book mentions Jesus, Heavenly Father or the Holy Ghost. there are marks on every single page! Before, I knew that the Book of Mormon testifies of Christ, but now i Realize how true that is! I am extending this challenge to everyone who reads this:
     1) get a brand spanking new Book of Mormon
     2) read at least some of it everyday and really ponder on the things it says
     3. highlight every time that it mentions a member of the God Head
I promise that you will gain a deeper relationship with Christ, and you will be able to see how blessed that you are to have that book. I was even thinking that it would be a great thing for families to do together at night because it gives more motivation to read it, and the children can start to truly understand that the Book of Mormon and the Bible are not just great stories that speak every once in a while about the miracles of Christ, but they are testimonies and accounts of the work of God. there are miracles on every singe page! I have been able to recognize more miracles in my own life when I do this.
I love hearing from everyone. Baby B's fangs look so cute or "kawaii" as Sister K would say.
I have also been journaling. Sometimes it is hard to fit any time in for it, but I do try. Anyway, I decided the first week here that I really do sometimes feel like a nun and temple Square is an abbey and so that is how I write in my journal. I have even given some of the sisters better nun names, just because I can. I decided to actually write in my journal this way, first, because I find it funny, and second, because at Music and the Spoken Word last week the Tabernacle Choir sang The Sound of Music.
That was the turning point, I decided from now on in my journal at least, I live in a nunnery (well, unless I am writing about more serious topics). My problem is that I can't find a name for Sister O that sounds nunnish...I tried "Sister Jane O" but it does not quite flow the way it should. I don't always feel like a nun though...just when I am being silly, haha. I am really excited to go again to Music and the Spoken Word next transfer (we can only go once a transfer). It was so amazing! This week for Relief Society, on Wednesday (because we only have sacrament at 7:00 a.m. on Sunday), Elder Holland is coming to speak with the sisters of temple Square! Everyone is so excited! The meeting is going to start at 6:40 a.m. and we have to get there by 6:15, but I don't care. We have to be up that early almost every day any way! It's going to be incredible! I am really ecstatic to be able to write about that next time!
This week is going to be awesome, because not only is Elder Holland coming, but I get to go to a session in the temple tomorrow!
I really like to hear from everyone, keep sending me mail. It's great!
Love,
